Roger Haydock & Co Ltd has been importing timber since 1875 and are one of the last truly independents left, now a (division) of Illingworth Ingham Ltd, Trafford Park, Manchester since April 1st 2011. We know and care for the product. We are experts in practical problem solving using the friendliest of environmental materials.
Through our range of services we can offer and provide a selection of specialist components. Our services include Bespoke machining – cross cutting, re-saw, multi rip, moulders Laminating, Spray Varnishing and C.N.C. We have extensive milling facilities from surfaced to size to large window and door sections.

Finished products such as kitchens, doors, flooring and stairs are not only very attractive but demand product knowledge and expertise. Our 2 Merchant depots provide service, especially to the smaller customer and individual, which the volume Importer can find difficult to match. On your doorstep the complete timber service (by locals) in your locality.

Roger Haydock has been selling wood for 130 years. In addition to holding considerable stock, we have sawmilling & planing facilities at all of our depots. We also manufacture Timber Pole Ladders, Office Furniture, Specialist Doors as well as Decking for trailers and gardens offering joinery quality finish for both trade and retail.
Our finished products emphasise the grain and texture of the woods we sell. We are experts in the regulated Preservation processes, having two tanks at our head office where we treat timber for both internal and external situations.
Our range of timber species is enormous and includes Oak, Ash, Walnut, Cherry, Maple and Brazilian/African Cedar. Whether for practical, structural or decorative purposes, wood is good, think wood – think Roger Haydock”.
