Timber Laminating
The latest “Taylor” Laminating Press enables us to offer bespoke laminating and edge and face laminating to our customers’ specifications.
Laminating of hardwoods and softwoods – Lengths up to 5m, Widths 900mm, Thickness up to 150mm.
C.N.C Machining
Roger haydock ltd offer a C.N.C. design produced by Computer Aided Design software (CAD), into numbers. The numbers can be considered to be the coordinates of a graph and they control the movement of the cutter. In this way the computer controls the cutting and shaping of the material for Bespoke customers requirements.
Pre Lacquer clear finish coatings
Pre Lacquer clear finish coatings to skirting boards, door casings, architraves etc: are available from Roger Haydock Ltd to order on special request. Lacquer finishes have been used for centuries to give woodworking projects a tough, durable and water-resistant clear finish. Today’s lacquers are available in both spray and brush-on styles, but both have the advantage of being among the fastest-drying of all woodworking finishes. Brushing a lacquer finish requires a little more time and effort, but is probably a little bit cleaner than spraying.
ACQ “Green” pressure treatment 
Softwoods need protection from decay, insects and termites in order to perform to our expectations. ACQ treated wood is a timber product with a low environmental impact.
Clear “Protim” pressure treatment.
Your timber has been protected by one of the most effective timber treatment systems available today. Not only has one of Protim 418 Range of Wood Preservatives been used but it has been applied using the protim Prevac ® Treatment System. Timber Protection from the company at the forefront of timber treatment technology Protim Solignum. Suitable for pre-treatment preservation of structural and carcassing timbers used above DPC in domestic and commercial building construction.
White Priming pre-finish coatings
The majority of large housebuilders source their internal joinery timbers, such as skirting boards, door casings, architraves etc, through a timber supply company, and generally require these goods pre-painted prior to site delivery.

In our glass cutting department at Whitchurch Depot, Shropshire. We stock a wide range glass that can be cut to size, normally while you wait.
Delivery Services
Roger Haydock ltd offer a delivery service throughout the North West & United Kingdom on a daily basis. We have a fleet of vehicles, varying from curtain siders & flat beds upto 9 tonnes +, transit van facilities , pickup vehicles upto 3 tonnes and artic/rigid loads upon request.
